Screen Relay — Hangul Technologies
Challenge
Businesses that run screens across branches, retail stores, offices and facilities usually manage each screen on its own. Content is copied onto devices by hand, updates reach some locations days after others, and nobody has a clear view of which screens are online or what they are showing. We saw the same problem repeatedly in client conversations: marketing teams could not roll out a campaign consistently, operations teams could not rely on screens for live dashboards, and IT teams had no central way to control access or monitor devices.
Solution
Our Bengaluru product team designed and built Screen Relay as a single cloud platform for managing every connected screen centrally. Key capabilities include: • Centralised content management — push content to one screen or thousands from a single dashboard • Scheduling and playlists by screen, group or location, planned in advance • Remote monitoring of every screen's status in real time • Multi-location grouping by branch, region or business unit • Role-based access control over who can publish, edit or manage screens We engineered the platform for uptime and scale from day one, so it grows from a handful of screens to an enterprise-wide network without re-platforming, while keeping the console simple enough to use without specialist training.
Outcome
Screen Relay gives organisations one place to control every screen: content goes out consistently to all locations at the same time, teams can see at a glance which screens are live, and access is governed centrally instead of device by device. It now supports use cases ranging from retail and branch signage to corporate communications and live operational dashboards. Building our own enterprise product has also sharpened the product engineering practices we bring to every client engagement.
