Overview
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to strengthen our Backend Engineering team as we take on more consulting and product work.
Responsibilities
- Own reliability, performance, and correctness of the services you build.
- Write and maintain automated tests for backend logic.
- Work with the team to design database schemas and integrations.
- Participate in code review and on-call/incident response as needed.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering complex work in a similar or related role.
- Comfortable making decisions and mentoring more junior team members.
- Strong judgment for balancing quality, speed, and business constraints.
