Product Manager

Overview

As part of our Product team, a Product Manager will work directly on client engagements and our own products, including Screen Relay and HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements based on client and business needs.
• Work with engineering and design to plan and prioritize the roadmap.
• Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria for features.
• Analyze usage and feedback to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• Comfortable owning a piece of work end to end with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A track record of solving real problems, not just following a spec.
