Overview
We're looking for a Operations Manager to strengthen our Business Development team as we take on more consulting and product work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Track pipeline activity and report on business development progress.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to scope client engagements accurately.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering complex work in a similar or related role.
- Comfortable making decisions and mentoring more junior team members.
- Experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders.
