HR & People Operations Executive

Overview

We're looking for a HR & People Operations Executive to strengthen our Business Development team as we take on more consulting and product work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support proposal development and commercial discussions.
• Track pipeline activity and report on business development progress.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope client engagements accurately.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering work independently in a similar role.
• Comfortable owning a piece of work end to end with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
