Overview

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who loves building fast, accessible and polished user interfaces. You'll turn designs into production-ready React applications for our HRMS and client products, working closely with designers and backend engineers. Great fit for someone with 1-3 years of React experience who cares about details, performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, reusable UI components in React and TypeScript
Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces
Integrate REST APIs and manage application state cleanly
Optimise page load, rendering performance and bundle size
Write unit and component tests
Collaborate with designers on interaction details and edge cases
Participate in code reviews and improve our shared component library

Requirements

1-3 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and working knowledge of TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React, hooks and modern state management
Good command of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive layouts (Tailwind CSS is a plus)
Experience consuming REST APIs
Understanding of browser dev tools, performance and accessibility basics
Comfortable with Git and pull-request workflows
