Overview
We're building our Backend Engineering team and looking for a Backend Engineer to help us take on real client and product work.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models for client and product systems.
- Own reliability, performance, and correctness of the services you build.
- Write and maintain automated tests for backend logic.
- Participate in code review and on-call/incident response as needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable owning a piece of work end to end with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A track record of solving real problems, not just following a spec.

- Exposure to both product work and client delivery work.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
