Overview
As part of our Backend Engineering team, a Backend Engineer will work directly on client engagements and our own products, including Screen Relay and HRMS.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models for client and product systems.
- Own reliability, performance, and correctness of the services you build.
- Work with the team to design database schemas and integrations.
- Participate in code review and on-call/incident response as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering work independently in a similar role.
- Comfortable owning a piece of work end to end with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
